PREFACE

Praise the presence of Almighty God for all His
mercy and grace, so that this narrative text teaching

module can be prepared and completed well. This

module is prepared as teaching material designed to
help grade 10 high school students understand and

master narrative text material, which is an important

part of learning English.

This module aims to provide an in-depth

understanding of narrative texts, starting from

understanding, structure, to writing techniques. In
preparing this module, we strive to present the

material systematically and easily understood by

students. Each chapter is equipped with examples of
narrative texts, varied exercises, and comprehensive

explanations of important elements in narrative

texts.
