Bergmann Adds Talent Acquisition Manager, Launches New Social Media Recruiting Program

Megan Cates has joined national architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann
as Talent Acquisition Manager. With experience managing recruitment activities in
multiple locations and states, Cates will further the firm’s strategic hiring efforts across
its 15 offices.

Cates brings a strong background in social media recruiting and recruiting strategy to
the firm. Drawing on her experience, the firm will soon launch a Bergmann Careers
Facebook page and LinkedIn group to engage with potential applicants. Prospective
