Strengths of the Proposed Commercial Model
The opportunity exists to create a common brand for the partner stakeholders
to facilitate student recruitment, student teaching, student work experience in Ireland
and student progression into either further study or onto a career of their choosing.
It is a strategic fit that can provide opportunities by combining related value chain
activities while the model also allows for the creation of potential joint ventures
with existing institutions, government departments and private sector industry.
