Jonyce Brown is the President and sole owner of Floor
Coverings International Jacksonville East. Jonyce es-
tablished the company in 2018 following 20 years of a
successful Corporate Vendor Relationship manage-
ment career. Her Vision for establishing a small busi-
ness was to combine operational soft skills with in-
novative flooring techniques to create a personalized
service based business. Jonyce creatively addresses
challenges and pursues industry best practices to
improve and enhance her team’s performance.

Jonyce’s company has achieved 2020 and 2021
Growth Awards and has serviced 440+ residential and
commercial projects through collaborative teams, in-
stallers and other business to business efforts. She is
passionate about lifelong learning and enabling the
success of others, Jonyce is committed to using her
talents to grow and expand her business offerings in
future years.

Floor Coverings International Jacksonville East ac-
tively uses ethnically diverse professionals, trades-
man, installers, and woman owned businesses as
partners in their projects.

Jonyce is Co-Affiliate Chair of the Northeast Flori-
da Realtor Property Management Association and
actively involved with the Jacksonville Chamber of
Commerce, PWC Event Committee and the North-
east Florida, National Association of Black Women in
Construction (NABWIC)
