CLASS 63 – 66 RULES


                    1.  All exhibits must be the work of the Exhibitor and no one else, unless otherwise stated.
                    2.  All work submitted must be no more than two years old and clean. Judges are instructed to award prizes
                       to new and updated work.
                    3.  All paintings and wall-hangings must be framed and wired for hanging or they will be disqualified.
                    4.  Articles  may  not  be  removed  from  display  by  the  Exhibitor,  but  must  be  removed  by  a  committee
                       member or other authorized person.
                    5.  Only one article per category per Exhibitor is allowed in each section.
                    6.  All quilting is to be hand-quilted, unless otherwise specified.
                    7.  No personal labels or markings are to appear on any submitted articles.
                    8.  Machine quilting must be done by the Exhibitor.

        New Exhibitors: Please specify so on your tags, as there is a special prize for New Exhibitors.  The Exhibit Building is open on Thursday

        evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and on Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for entries to be brought in. Entries may be picked up on
        Sunday afternoon after 3:30 p.m. Doors will be closed at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday to allow the committees to dismantle and sort the exhibits.
        NOTE: No exhibits shall be taken down from display nor shall they be removed from the building or the grounds until after 3:30 p.m.
