SAUERKRAUT SALAD DRESSING:
Mix and heat slightly to dissolve the sugar
1 28oz sauerkraut well drained 1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup chopped celery 1 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 green pepper chopped 1/2 cup salad oil (canola)
1 red onion cut into small pieces or rings
1/2 cup chopped pimento
Toss together with two forks Pour dressing over salad, refrigerate at least
three hours. Keeps indefinitely.

PEACH COBBLER
You will need:
Metal baking pan (deep)
Butter, 1 LG can of sliced peaches
1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put a whole stick of butter in the pan. Put the
pan in the oven long enough to melt the butter, meanwhile in a large bowl mix
together sugar, flour, and milk with a spoon until it becomes like pancake
batter.
Drain about half the juice from the peaches set aside. Pour the batter in the pan
of melted butter then pour the peaches in. Do Not Stir!
Bake at 350 for aprox. 30 min. Or until golden brown and bubbly on top. Let
cool, but serve warm. ENJOY!
