17th District
Over Labor Day weekend, the 17th District bike patrol took advantage of the fine weather to patrol parks and neighborhoods, even stopping to pose for a quick photo with citizens at Hollywood Park.
The community gathered for the Chinatown Chicago Moon Festival, and officers from the 9th District were there to connect with attendees on a pleasant September Friday evening.
In the 12th District, officers and residents met up at the Maxwell Street Community Garden for a bite to eat among the flowers, plants and other natural beauty made possible thanks to a neighborhood team effort.

Officers in 008 were honored at St. Daniel the Prophet Church in the Chicago Lawn-based district, where Father Rafal Stecz offered a blessing over first re- sponders during a ceremony on Sept. 10.
