Districts unite with community for peace on wheels
CAPS officers from the 003, 004 and 007 united with local clergy members in November for a Skate for Peace roller skating event at the Rink on 87th Street. There was plenty of food, music and fun as officers and youth from the community glided and rolled around the old-school wooden floor as part of the latest skating get-together that has helped with relationship-building in these West Side neighborhoods.
