STEP 1
PREPARATION
Trace the design on your surface. Appy water to your brush. Remove excess on paper towel. Apply water to line of feather on one side.
STEP-BY-STEPS
Step 1: While your brush is still wet, apply small amount of Aqua paint to one side of your brush. Again follow the line of the feather where you applied the water. The water will automatically create blending. If it does not blend, add more water. Continue same technique on the bottom of your feather.
After feather dries from step 1, use your liner brush with the Aqua paint to make a center line on the feather.
Step 2: With clean angular brush, apply clean water to the center area of the feather. Using the same brush, add Apple Orchard on wet center area of feather. The water will automatically blend the paint.
Step 3: Use your liner brush to add detail to your feather. You will apply a small amount of Gold to your brush and go over your tracing lines on the feather. Add small amount of Gold to center line to create interest.
Use all three colors and your liner brush to add wispy lines to the base of the feather.
Use the back end of your brush to dip into the Titanium White paint. Apply straight down on the feather to create the perfect dot. The more pressure, the larger the dot. You can practice this on a paper plate before doing this step.
Trace the word “Inspire” and use whatever color you prefer to outline it with your liner brush.
