 ENAMEL
    FILLER FLUFF FLOWER
STEP 1: Use the stippler brush to dab Indian Turquoise into pat- tern space.
STEP 2: Add a bit of Avocado.
STEP 3: Dab a bit of White on the top half of flower cluster.
STEP 4: Add stems of Black and leaves of Black+Hauser Dark Green (1:1). This little flower may be placed anywhere you see fit to create softness.
ROSES
STEP 1: It does not matter what color is used as the basecoat; the method of strokework to create each flower petal remains the same. Start with a background circle of the color you like best. I used Royal Fuchsia, Purple Cow, and Avocado.
STEP 2: Using the 1⁄4" shader, tip-load only into White and start to create the crown strokes. Set brush flat against surface and pull brush in a half circle from left to right.
STEP 3: Continue with the same brush and paint by creating U-strokes, connecting with the crown strokes.
STEP 4: Using same brush and paint, create the largest leaves at the base of each rose. Continue the same method of U-strokes, only a bit larger.
ROSE LEAVES
STEP 1: Basecoat with Avocado.
STEP 2: Create stem and veins in Hauser Dark Green.
STEP 3: Use the 10/0 liner to highlight with White. Be inventive with all the greens on your palette where leaf colors are concerned.
ROSEBUD
It does not matter what color is used; the method of painting is the same.
STEP 1: Using the color of your choice double dipped into White, create the rosebud (two strokes). Add a dot of Avocado as the calyx. STEP 2: Using 10/0 liner, cup the rosebud with comma-strokes. Create the stem.
STEP 3: The center calyx leaf is added and rosebuds are enhanced with highlights and shadow colors of your choice.
