Let everything dry. Give the arrow a coat of decoupage to seal it. Let this dry and then varnish with two to three coats of your favorite spray varnish. Sandy LeFlore has been dabbling in decorative painting since she took her first class in 1988. It wasn’t long before she became a member of the Society of Decorative Painters and began teaching classes at a local shop. She began publishing her own designs in 1994 and hasn’t looked back since. With seven books and over 550 Instructional Packets, Sandy enjoys traveling to share what she’s learned with students at chapters and conventions across the country.
