CALYX
STEP 1: Using the no. 3 round, basecoat the calyx with Jade Green.
STEP 2: Sideload the no. 8 flat with Light Avocado and shade the shadow part of the calyx.
STEP 3: Sideload the no. 8 flat with Taffy Cream and highlight the edge of the leaf. Draw a leaf vein with Light Avocado+Jade Green (1:1).
FINISHING
Add cast shadows onto the enamelware using Lamp Black and a no. 8 flat (see Value Map 2). Remove remaining transfer lines. Apply several coats of water-based varnish.
