Yoko Ueda mda took up decorative oil painting in 1997 at the studio of Kerry Smith mda while living in the United States. She also studied under Mary Jo Leasure mda, tda. Yoko became an mda in 2006. She currently resides in Japan, where she teaches weekly classes and holds seminars in her home studio.
