Lisa Gold Leaf does not need to be evenly applied, since it will be antiqued later. When all Mona Lisa Gold Leaf is in place, apply Mona Lisa Metal Leaf Sealer to the frame, allowing it to dry completely.
ANTIQUING THE FRAME
Make a ball of plastic wrap that is large enough to com- fortably hold in your hand. Dip the plastic wrap ball into Warm Black+Winsor & Newton Blending & Glazing Me- dium, and then tap this mix all around frame. Allow it to dry completely.
Design is 40% of original. Enlarge 250% for actual size.
FINISHING
When the entire surface is dry, apply several coats of varnish according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Masumi Seki mda began painting in 1993, and teaching her beloved art form in 1999. In 2005, she passed her Master Decorative Artist test, and in 2000 she became a Gold Rose Artist in the Japan Decorative Painting As- sociation. Many of her projects have been featured in art magazines throughout Japan. In 2009, Masumi opened the Atelier Bouquet de Corail studio, where she teaches acrylic and oil painting. Her main focuses are color theory and helping her students create their own original works of art. Her personal specialty is still life.
