2015 Certification Designs
Your Certification Options
The Certification Committee is delighted to present the If you are considering entering the CDA Still Life in
2015 Certification Program designs. These designs, and the application for this prestigious program, are printed once a year in The Decorative Painter to give you a preview for the new year.
Certification applicants may choose from a variety of surface kits. A Masonite panel is offered, as well as a birch panel for those who prefer a more traditional surface. Applicants may order a frame and one-panel kit, or a frame and two-panel kit. Painters may mix and match the birch and Masonite with the two-panel kit if they wish.
CDA Still Life
watercolor, colored pencil, or pastel, you will still need to purchase one of the panel kits. The rules for this category allow for working on a paper surface, but the paper must be affixed to a panel.
Metal trays are available for the MDA Stroke category.
