PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Applicants must be current members to apply for Certification and also must be current members for entry to be judged. The membership fee is in addition to Certification fees. Membership and Certification fees are non-transferable. The portfolio contains applicable design, instructions, and applicant number. Applicants may order surfaces at this time, or wait until after reading instructions and viewing designs. Certification portfolio must be ordered no later than twelve weeks before Conference. You must have successfully completed the Certified Decorative Artist level in order to apply in the Master Decorative Artist level.
