PAINTING TIPS
To best apply washes and shading, move the nos. 2 and 4 rounds in a back-and-forth sweeping motion. These brushes can be used to push the paint into the small areas. For the final layer of shading, use the 1⁄4" angular brush staying very close to the edges of the area being painted.
Broad background areas are washed on using large brush- es, but small areas are applied with the nos. 2 and 4 rounds. Unless otherwise stated, use the brush you are most
comfortable with.
