I t’s summertime! This great square metal basket is a pot- pourri of patterns and patches. Mix and match to your
own heart’s desire.
PREPARATION
Throughout the project, use the brush you are most com- fortable with, unless another brush is specifically mentioned. The basket and its insert tray are already painted black. The basket will be basecoated, but the tray will not. Sand the outside of the basket lightly, removing any sanding debris. Apply two coats of Lamp Black to the outside of the basket, allowing it to dry between coats. When the entire basket is completely dry, apply all four patterns, referring to the photos
of the finished piece for pattern placement.
