Step Seven: The face is basecoated with Sugared Peach and cheeks are sideloaded with Primary Red plus Snow (Titanium) White. Step Eight: Frill on the left side of the face is basecoated with Snow (Titanium) White and shaded with Snow (Titanium) White
plus a touch of Soft Black. The edge around the frill is basecoated with Citron Green. Let dry. Stripes are Soft Black.
Step Nine: The area above the right eye is basecoated with Soft Black with small Snow (Titanium) White dots.
Step Ten: Hair is basecoated with Primary Red shaded with Black Plum with a touch of Soft Black highlighted with Canyon Orange and Cadmium Yellow.
Step Eleven: Dots are drawn with a circle template or freehanded. I used all the colors on my palette to basecoat, shade and highlight. Step Twelve: (see photo) I dry-brushed highlights on all the elements with Snow (Titanium) White. After everything is dry
outline everything with your black fine line Sharpie. The white dots in the background are Snow (Titanium) White. FINISHING
I ironed to heat set the paint. I have washed and dried the jacket several times and it has not faded! ENJOY!
