LET’S PAINT
BACKGROUND
Centralize the pattern and secure with tape on the canvas. Place the graphite tracing paper under the pattern and with a stylus transfer the design. With a no. 10 chisel shader and Ti- tanium White paint the entire area of snow. Work for small ar- eas using the cross stroke technique. Load the tip of the brush with Payne’s Gray and paint the shadows tapping the surface with the brush to give texture.
Using the no. 10 chisel shader with Burnt Umber+ tch Payne’s Gray (1+tch), paint the upper right area of the canvas. (See photo above.)
