ROSE
   TULIP: #4 round brush
1. Basecoat all three sections with Sapphire Mix.
2. While wet, beginning with the outside stroke on the right–hand side, roll and poke the tip of the brush in Titanium White and add three strokes, reloading before each stroke. You can also scoop upwards in the edge of the Titanium White with the tip of the brush to create a more textured stroke.
3. While the blue is still wet, beginning with the outside stroke on the left–hand side, roll and poke the tip of the brush in Titanium White and add three strokes, reloading before each stroke. You can also scoop upwards in the edge of the Titanium White with the tip of the brush to create a more textured stroke.
4. Before continuing, recoat Sapphire Mix in the center section. While the Sapphire Mix is still wet, add Titanium White strokes to the middle section beginning at the center top. All strokes should end at the center bottom and should follow the shape of the center section. Be careful to keep your hand out of the strokes until they are dry. If you smear one of the highly textured strokes, wipe it off with a Q-tip to remove the texture and reapply the stroke using a dirty brush. When dry, add a thin outline on each side with Carbon Black on the liner brush. Titanium White dot at the base.
