Penny Webb is a native of Florida. She has always loved anything to do with crafts. After she finished school, Penny married and raised five children. Hunting for something to do, Penny went to the third meeting of the Deco- rative Artists of Jacksonville chapter and found her true calling. She has attended a number of SDP Conferences, taking as many seminars as possible. She joined SDP in 1978. Penny loves all mediums—oils, acrylics, water- color, colored pencils, and, most recently, inks. She says, “I am fortunate to be in a chapter that has a workshop or seminar each month with many talented artists. I hope to live long enough to finish all my UFOs.” Penny resides in Jacksonville, Fla. She may be reached by contacting the SDP offices.
