Sand and tack the reindeer. Apply a basecoat with DecoArt Multi-
Purpose Sealer and Deep Midnight Blue. Repeat for full coverage us-
ing Deep Midnight Blue with the no. 8 chisel brush. Let dry. Cover the
reindeer with DecoArt Americana Drying Time Extender Medium. With
a damp sponge, pick up Deep Midnight Blue+Snow (Titanium) White and
tap onto the reindeer; soften the paint out using mop brush. Repeat tapping
with Snow (Titanium) White and softening with the mop brush. Randomly place large snowflakes with Deep Midnight Blue+Snow (Titanium) White and small snowflakes with Snow (Titanium) White using a rubber stamp or by painting your own using a no. 1 liner brush. Flyspeck with water thinned Snow (Titanium) White. Allow to dry, then transfer the design.
