LET’S PAINT EARS
Start out with Bleached Sand and cover face area, leaving some black spaces. Paint around the snout and down the neck as well. When this is dry, go back and repeat with a mix of Bleached Sand+Snow (Titanium) White to strengthen the color. I like to leave areas fuzzy around the spots. When you feel it is covered enough, go back and paint spots. Work these wet-on-wet, first using Terra Cotta. Then blend in some Burnt Sienna on some spots and Antique Gold on others. Not all spots are the same colors.
EYES
The eyes remain black with Terra Cotta eyelids. High- light the center of lids with Antique White. The dot and dash highlights are Snow (Titanium) White.

FACE
Using Burnt Sienna, paint the ears in a shape following direction. Remember to leave areas of black showing. Pick up Antique White and blend into the folds of ear and tips.
TWO OSSICONES OR HORNS
Begin with Burnt Sienna and paint down toward the face. As you approach the face, blend in Terra Cotta and then Bleached Sand. With a very casual stroke, paint some spots with a brush mix of Antique Gold+Terra Cotta.
Continue painting down toward face with a brush mix of Terra Cotta+Antique White.
