PREPARATION
Lightly transfer design to the watercolor paper using a light box or wax-free graphite paper.
BACKGROUND
Mix a light value of Cobalt Blue and a light value of Hooker’s Green Dark. Wet paper – you want an even shine, no puddles or dry spots. Paint in light value of blue around the flowers at the top and around the sides to the bottom. Pick up the light value green and paint the bottom, also going around the sides. Don’t go too far up the sides with the green. Dry completely.
