The shape of this basket is a favorite, so I decided to sketch it, and then add one of my favorite flowers – pansies! To finish off this design of “favorites” I established the dimension using ink- ing strokes with permanent pens.
PREPARATION
Trace the design onto tracing paper. Transfer the design onto your watercolor paper using homemade transfer paper. To make your own, color one side of a sheet of tracing paper with a no. 2 pencil. Wipe the excess off with a tissue.
