VOTERS REGISTRATION AWARENESS PROGRAMME
As a part of Student Induction Programme, the college Political Science Department organized Voters
Registration Awareness Programme on 19 August 2023. The objective of this programme was to
define the purpose of the Voter Registration process. The Principal of our college Dr. S. Madhavi
enlightened the students regarding Voters Registration at the attainment of 18yrs of age. The chief
Guests of this programme Sri Srinivasa Rao, Deputy Collector, Krishna District and Tahsildar, Movva
Mandal, Sri Veeranjaneya Prasad explained that every eligible citizen should enroll himself/herself as
General voter and fill Form 6 and submit it to the Election Department at MRO office. They also
explained the Voter Registration process can also be done either at meeseva centres or in a mobile app.
