ISO CERTIFICATION
ISO is an International Organization for
Standardization is an international standard-setting body
composed of representatives from various national
standards organizations. Our college has obtained ISO
certification on 18 January 2022. Dr.A.Sivaiah,
Managing Director HYM International certificates Private
limited and his team visited all the departments,
laboratories and library and expressed their satisfaction.
We received three certificates.
1. Providing Educational Services ISO 9001:2015
2. Implementation of Greenery and Environmental
Saving Practices ISO 14001:2015
3. Implementation of Energy saving PracticesISO
50001:2011.
BOOK INTRO TO FIRST YEAR STUDENTS
Book intro was organised by department of Biotechnology
on 21 January 2022 as a part of curriculum and extension activity.
In this programme 11 students participated from I B.Sc Biotechnology.
Dr.T.Srikanth, Librarian, explained the facilities provided in the
library. This programme is to develop the reading and writing
skills among the students. In this programme students learnt how
to utilise the books in library and how to search a particular topic
in the text book. Along with all these we also explained them
about National Digital Library of India (NDL) and also registered
these students in NDL to get access to books and journals from
their own place and pace.
