This project consists of a twin house located in the vibrant Sheikh E G Y P T

Zayed, Cairo, Egypt, with a total land area of 450 m². The development
includes two villas that are attached, each with a total area of 230 m².

The design focuses on maximizing the residents’ connection with the

surrounding landscape, with a significant use of glass in the architectural

layout. This allows natural light to flood the interiors, providing residents
with uninterrupted views of the landscape for most of the day.

The layout of the twin house is designed to ensure functionality and

spaciousness while emphasizing openness and visibility. The abundance
of glass enhances the feeling of space and allows the interior to blend

seamlessly with the outdoor environment, creating a bright and airy at-

mosphere..
