This project is a modern villa located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, designed to offer a luxurious and

contemporary living experience. The villa consists of ground floor plus two additional floors, each

thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. The architectural style is characterized
01-13 by a striking combination of wood and glass, creating a sophisticated and elegant facade that en-

hances both the aesthetic appeal and the villa’s connection with its surroundings.

The villa features a spacious living area with carefully planned layouts, allowing for open, airy spac-
es that invite natural light. To further elevate the living experience, the villa includes a private swim-

ming pool, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. A dedicated barbecue area is also incor-

porated, ideal for social gatherings and leisure activities.
