So I decided I wanted to be a nurse after being admitted to a hospital … The nurse that took care of me was maybe in her
early 20s and she was so professional and kind. I thought I want to be like her… Also the reason I was admitted was
because I didn’t understand my medications – they were not complex ones but I took them for much longer than was needed
and I had a bad reaction.. I still have that prescription in my office as a reminder. As well as the encouragement prayer card
that they gave me.
