Rose Ceremony and

Letters of Appreciation

A time of the evening where you can say thank you to your loved ones by presenting
them with a rose and a letter of appreciation.
Roses

• Each student will receive 2 x roses on the night
• The roses will be at the end of the graduate table
• You can purchase additional roses for $6.00 up until Friday 29 October
• Email requests for extra roses to the Events Coordinator
• Include your full name and the number of roses you require

Letters of Appreciation

These are your letters to the ones you want to appreciate on the night i.e. a parent,
grandparent, sibling or friend, thanking them for their support throughout your
schooling years.
• 2 x letters per student
• 1 x page per letter
• Content - no swearing, please
• Editing - limited
• Due by Tuesday 5 October
• Email letters to the Events Coordinator
• Letters will be placed on your table as per the graduate's seating chart
