Dress Code



                                     FEMALES


    The following dress code is provided to outline the standard of dress expected at the
    College’s Year 12 Graduation Dinner for students, teachers and guests.
    Minimum Requirements


    Females:
    The overall style should be in keeping with the formal atmosphere of the evening.
    The aim is to dress fashionably and modestly, and to feel comfortable throughout
    the evening’s activities.
    •   Fabrics are not to reveal underwear
    •   Full-length or knee-length dress, or top and skirt combination (no mini-skirts)
    •   The bodice may be strapless, halter neck, or have thin straps, but the chest and
       back area from beneath the armpit down to the waistline is to be covered, i.e.
       no low-cut front or backless dresses/tops
    •   Skirts are not to expose midriff or have splits over and above the knee
    •   Ladies’ suit style – jacket and trousers, with a camisole or top worn under the
       jacket
    •   Dress shoes in keeping with the style of the dress or suit (and comfortable for
       dancing!)
    •   Shoes are to be worn all night due to the venue’s WHS regulations – suggestion:
       bring second pair of enclosed shoes (flats) for comfortability

    P lease Note
    We will be keeping a Dress & Suit Register – please email your photos of both the
    front and back of your attire to events@mccmky.qld.edu.au so we can ensure that
    your attire conforms to the College’s Senior Graduation Dress Code and that there
    will be no unplanned duplicates on the night.

    No photo No ticket!

    Students not complying with the Dress Code will be sent home to change.
