At Addition Elle, we are Bra Fit experts! This means you must know how to
properly fit a woman for a bra and know all about our extensive collection of basic
and fashion bras.

This Product Knowledge booklet is designed to walk you through:
Anatomy of a bra
How to measure your customers
Explain the features and benefits of each of our Basic Bras
Make you a bra fit specialist

Please note, there is a 5 module bra fit training guide on Campus,
this document is a compliment to it.

Remember that employee training is critical to the success of your bra
department.

Have all associates try on bras, particularly new styles when they come
in, so they can talk knowledgeably about the styles in your department.

Review this Bra Fit Guide and run refreshers with the staff to keep them
up to date.

Have fun! Remember, practice on each other. Are you the size you
thought?

Give your staff the scoop. Remind them to visit Campus monthly for
new PK. Tell them what’s new and/or what’s on the way, generate more
excitement in your department. Keep her coming back for the latest
styles and colors.

Be sure that everyone on staff has read and understood this document.
