Store Operations: Customer Service
Customer limit: Shopping bags:
• Each store has its own limit of customers • Personal shopping bags must not be placed
based on the square foot capacity; your on the cash counter
SM will communicate the limit for your • A bag will be provided to customers if they
store want one
• Sanitize the space when customers remove
their personal belongings
Greeter: Handling of merchandise:
• Will be stationed at the entrance to greet • Customers will be encouraged to minimize
customers whenever possible and will ask touching merchandise
customers to sanitize their hands • Whenever possible, you will assist
• Customers who are wearing gloves, must customers by helping them find their size
remove, if they refuse they must disinfect or holding up merchandise for them to
