                                    In Store & Curbside Pick Up – For All Store Personnel


               PROCESSING PICK UP ORDERS


                   1.  What happens if the customer leaves and I did not confirm the pick up in QuickFind?

               If a pickup order is not confirmed, then the customer is not charged for the item(s) they retrieved. You
               should confirm the order, even if the customer has left the store.

                   2.  Will an item that is not found be sent to the next store for pick up?

               No, the item will be cancelled from the order.

                   3.  If customer picks up their item but it doesn’t fit can we offer her free shipping with a store order
                       if we don’t have it?

               Yes, you can offer a store order if the total order is over $50.00.

                   4.  Can we perform split shipments? What is communicated to the customer if an item is missing?

               Customers will be notified that the item(s) missing will be cancelled from the order and is not charged for
               the missing item(s).

                   5.  Do we need to sort the orders in the system so that we see the oldest first?

               No, like the QuickFind shipment orders, Pick Up orders will appear with the oldest first.

                   6.  What information and guidelines are included in the emails customers receive?

               You can see the contents of the emails here.

                   7.  What are the safety protocols for Curbside Pick Up?

               Instruct the customer when they call that they are to remain in their car and display their government
               issued identification in their closed car window, and to open their trunk. To deliver to the car, put on the
               safety vest* and deliver the item(s), being mindful of the parking lot conditions.

               *Follow safety measures for Covid if they are in place (wear mask and goggles).
