FIT CHALLENGE :
        THE UNDERBAND

        RISES AT THE BACK





        SOLUTION :
        1. Lengthen the straps.
        2. Choose a tighter fastener setting.
        3. Try a smaller underband size.



        THYME EXPERT ADVICE :
        The underband should be straight at the back

        and parallel to the ground. An underband that is too
        high results in a lack of balance and a lack of support.
