THE DAY OF... FOCUS
Have 3 flash meetings with your team throughout the day:
• Morning: Set the tone, communicate the plan and expectations, and get the team ready for the day!
• Afternoon: Keep the momentum going! Celebrate wins, cheerlead opportunities, and coach misses!
• Evening: Debrief the team – make sure to thank and congratulate the team individually and be sure to share the results with everyone!
PROCESS
TO REVIEW WITH YOUR TEAM
Review Visual directives and develop an execution plan.
Make sure you refer to the Getting Your Store Ready section of the Peak Period Planner for visual information, tips, and directives.
Start saving boxes to use as hanger boxes.
2 WEEKS PRIOR
Make sure your store is ready and well-stocked; take note of any deadlines for online requisitions and place your orders beforehand – keep in mind that you must be well-stocked enough to accommodate the entire peak period.
If you would like to open earlier, please make sure to contact your DSM and mall administration to advise them of the change for that day, and ensure that you change your store hours for that day in StoreForce.
