3. Making adjustments
Proper adjustment is the key to ensuring that a bra provides optimal support and comfort.

3. See the document “Guide to corresponding bra sizes” in order to recommend another size, if necessary.
At Thyme Maternity, our customers’ bodies are constantly changing. It is therefore important to recommend a size that will
take these changes into account. Customers should be re-measured at 8 months because the cup shape changes.
• For a maternity bra, we recommend that the customer choose a bra fastened on the tightest setting because
she will need more space during the pregnancy. (See the document “Guide to corresponding bra sizes”)
• For a nursing bra, we recommend that the customer choose a bra fastened on the loosest setting because
her body will decrease in size in the months following her delivery. (See the document “Guide to corresponding bra sizes”)
