Store Operations: POS and transactions

• Stores with 2 cashes - only cash number 1 will be open

• Stores with 3 cashes – only cash 1 & 3 will be open

• Do not touch the customer’s phone or any coupons, reward cards, etc.

• Signage will be visible to ensure customers respect social distancing rules

• Cash method of payment is accepted

CASH • Risks posed from handling cash are no greater than those posed by touching other common

surfaces.

• We have increased the TAP limit to $250 for credit cards

• No increase has been made to the TAP limit for debit cards - it remains at $100
DEBIT AND CREDIT
• If a customer cannot tap up to $250, please advise them to contact their card issuer, do not

direct them to our Customer Care Centre

• If the TAP does not work, the customer will be prompted to enter his/her PIN number
