Before, during and after…..in the NEW normal

Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for scheduled shifts

Before your shift Advise your Store Manager/DSM of your arrival

Please ensure to verify the communication station at the beginning of each shift to check for
updates and new protocols

During your shift Stay informed on any changes that progress throughout the day

Advise your Store Manager/Leader of your departure
Bag Checks – safe guard your integrity and maintain social distancing

 Place your items to be “bag checked” on the cash desk area - maintaining social distancing

End of your shift  Remove the necessary items, from the bags to be checked, to ensure Manager in Charge can

see to the bottom of the bag

 The Manager in Charge may proceed to complete a thorough bag check - without putting

their hands inside the bags being checked
 Place items back in your bag and exit the store
