We are pleased to welcome you back to YOUR stores and are confident that our customers from across Canada will be just

as delighted as we are to see you again. Being at the forefront of welcoming and serving our customers, your role is crucial

to RCL's success and it becomes even more essential in today's new reality.

We are aware that your return takes place under unprecedented circumstances involving several changes and adaptations.

Rest assured that we have been working hard to prepare for your reintegration and have made every possible effort to

ensure compliance with the standards, procedures and directives issued by Public Health and all other levels of
government. Everything has been thought out to support our top priority, which is to welcome you into a safe and secure

environment and to preserve your health as well as that of our clients.

It is with great pleasure and above all a great deal of excitement that we officially wish you a safe return. We know that

you will be working hard in order to welcome and serve our customers with passion and pride while respecting and

applying the various preventive measures put in place for your security.
