As a leader, it is your job to understand those
that we lead, to understand their
perspective, and in the actual situation, to
understand their potential anxiety and stress.
Doing that at a distance is even more difficult.
Why to treat your employees the way THEY want to be treated??

• You will better observe some behaviors, how they like to communicate, and how they
collaborate remotely…
• Be flexible in your approach. Don’t use the same approach for everyone… Try something
new… gather their ideas
