How do you build trust?
As a leader, you need a good and solid working relationship with your team members,
especially when you do not see them regularly!
• Have them work on Common Objectives and Goals. Short-term ones!
• Give the visibility and access to the Go-to-person. Use the strength of your
employees, they will reward you with great results.
• Make them own specific pieces of the deliverables, so they can feel your trust in
their competencies, and contribution.
• And on the human aspect, don’t try to block social discussions and interaction!
Keep in mind that they need to create their normal routine, while not being at
work with their colleagues…
