CLEANING PROTOCOL FOR HEAD OFFICE

RCL has enhanced its current cleaning protocols in Stores, as well as at the Head Office and Distribution Center. We
are taking these steps to help keep our employees and customers safe and healthy.

The most important factors to disinfecting are to clean frequently and thoroughly, and to use the cleaning product
          correctly.

We ask all employees to disinfect each day the equipment they use, as well as their individual spaces and cubicles,
such as keyboard, laptop, mouse, office door handles, phones, desk surface, photocopiers, carts, etc. For this purpose,
cleaning stations are available in the various work areas.

          CLEANING PROTOCOLE

             1. Wash your hands with soap under warm running water for at least 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand
sanitizer only if soap and water are not available.
             2. Clean the visibly dirty surface to get rid of the entire residue before you start disinfecting. Use paper cloth
with water or a regular cleaning product to do so.
             3. Spray sufficient product to wet the paper cloth, clean the surfaces and allow them to remain wet for at least
30 seconds so the product is efficient.
             4. Change the paper cloth/wipe regularly and do not clean multiple surfaces with the same paper cloth/wipe as
this may transfer germs from one surface to others.
             5. Let the surface dry, do not wipe.
             6. DO NOT spray product directly on electronic devices: use a paper cloth saturated with the product or wipes
                 instead.
             7. Thoroughly rinse with water all areas in contact with food once they have been disinfected.
             8. Ensure the soiled paper cloth/wipe are being placed directly in a garbage once they have been used.
             9. Once the disinfecting process is completed wash your hands with soap under warm running water for at least
                 20 seconds.
