                  1.     A pencil has seventeen centimeters long. And a ruler


                         has thirty centimeters long. What is the total long of


                         them in millimeters?

                  2.     Tina’s ribbon is one hundred ten centimeters. Susi’s


                         ribbon seventy four longer than Tina’s ribbon. How

                         long does Susi’s ribbon?


                  3.     Andy’s height is one hundred fifty three centimeters.


                         Ashley’s height is one hundred sixty five centimeters.

                         What is the different of their height?


                  4.     At the fabric shop, I bought 125 of orange fabric and

                         50 meters of yellow fabric. I have used 13 meters of


                         orange fabric and 12 meters of yellow fabric. How


                         many meters of fabric do I have left in total?

                  5.     James has a roll of rope. He wants to cut the rope


                         into five equal parts. Each part is one hundred twenty

                         five centimeters long.
