everything. To be a responsible digital citizen, you need
to find the right place for you to share your opinions.
You should never spam or abuse at sites, as it is treated
as dishonor and misconduct.

5. Ask

Ask good quality questions. This is how you can get
relevant data to fulfill your quest for knowledge. Think
about ‘what to ask’, ‘where to ask’ and ‘how to
ask’. The better is your attitude, the better response you
get. Digital citizens need to ask and get asked to keep up
the healthy relationship between them.

6. Listen

You have to listen to your fellow citizens in the digital
world. Get good ideas from them. Stay connected. Share
