“The couple came to one of our pop-ups a few weeks after their wedding and said how wonderful everything was, and they were really happy about that,” Brent said.
Now, much of the hype revolves around their pound cake, whose recipe came from his grandmother, Donna Leach. Jack’s affinity for cheesecakes is due in large part to his grandmother, whom he affectionately calls “Donnie.”
“She has a cream cheese pound cake that everyone just loves, so we finally got her to give us the recipe,” said Brent, “and she taught Jack to make a couple.”

only offering that Jack has added to his menu.
Their spring flavors include the ever-popular key lime, lemon
blueberry and raspberry. They buy blueberries from the Damn Good Dawg Farms off Cliff Dawson Road.
Brent said Jack is widely considered a role model for children with disabilities.
“I think special needs kids need to have options, and I think one of those options should be to own your own business,” he said. “A lot of them can really do amazing things.”
