1992 Shanecqua “Nunky” Peacock 2014

Shanecqua Peacock was born on January 15, 1992 to the parents of David & Angela Peacock
of Opp, Alabama and the late Michael Lindsey. On January 10, 2014, Shanecqua was called
home to be with her Heavenly Father.

She received her education from Opp High School. She furthered her education at Lurleen B
Wallace Community College in Opp and ECC in Enterprise, Alabama. Shanecqua enjoyed

life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment when she was around. Shanecqua was a
faithful Christian.

Shanecqua was preceded in death by her father Michael Lindsey, grandmothers Junnie Mae
Teague, Johnnie Ann Allen, and grandfather Clergy Teague and great grandmother Catherine
Gulley.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories a loving mother Angela Teague Peacock, dad
David Peacock of Opp, AL; five sisters: Ashley Peacock of Opp AL, Audre Lindsey and
Sandrea Lindsey of Elba, AL, Step-sisters: Omesha Peacock of Gretna, FL and Jasmine
Peacock of Andalusia, AL; one brother: Michael Kendes Lindsey of Troy, AL; Stepmother
Denise Burks of Elba, AL; Grandparents: Rex Head of Elba, AL, Harvey and Essie Peacock
of River Falls, AL. Uncles: Johnny Teague, Robert Teague and Andraeal Lindsey, all of Opp,
AL; Gabriel Head of Elba, AL and Robin Ladreca of Schweinfurt, Germany; Tommy Teague
(Portia) and OB Teague of Enterprise, AL; Harvey Peacock (Firoza) and Horace Peacock of
Andalusia, AL; CW Peacock (Diane) and Tommie Peacock of Gretna, FL; Jessie Peacock
(Mary Helen) of Louisville, KY; Aunts: Mary Tolbert of Opp, AL; Bettye Hall of Ramer,
AL; Alice Merle Edwards of Elba, AL; Eunice (Wayne) Goldsmith and Rosetta Black
(Willie), Evelyn Bradley all of River Falls, AL; a special aunt Loretta Hines (Clarence) a host
of great-uncles, great-aunts, one niece and as well as many, many very special friends and
family.
