Where do I sit?

We are moving away from owned floors in buildings and moving towards

shared workspaces that suit the activity - tech enabled meeting rooms,

quiet zones, collaboration areas, informal meeting areas, together with

improved kitchen and toilet facilities

There will be desks provided on a 5:10 ratio

which means that they are a resource used by

lots of people. You simply find an empty desk,

plug your laptop into the docking station and

start to work using our large 27" screens.

Remember to configure the desk as you require to meet your needs.

Between meetings? Why not sit at one of the many touch down spaces/

tables to catch up on some work?

No one should make you feel unwelcome to sit at any desk, and in the

interests of being friendly don't forget to say 'Hello' and introduce yourself.

Remember to leave the desk clear when you go (yes, that includes the

string of back to back meetings that take you away for more than 2 hours)

and ready for the next person to sit there

No reserving desks for colleagues either!
